No. BL-APX · Apex Platform
All of engineering, inside the plant.
Manufacturing engineering runs fragmented: calculations buried in loose spreadsheets with no traceability, CAD and simulation disconnected, know-how locked in people's heads. Apex brings it all together on the company's own server, accessed through the browser, with an audit trail for every calculation — and nothing, absolutely nothing, leaves for the internet.
What it does
From calculation to CAD/CAE automation
Calculations with an auditable trail
Structural (Von Mises, ASME), pressure drop, pumping, welding (AWS D1.1), fatigue, steelmaking — every result comes with a line-by-line calculation record and PDF/CSV export.
AWS/ISO welding symbols
Builds the complete symbol (AWS A2.4 / ISO 2553) with AWS D1.1 validation and AI photo interpretation. The same engine became the SoldaSym app.
Real CAD/CAE automation
Drives the workstation's 3D CAD system live — active document and variables in real time — and queues simulation studies in batches, with STEP/PDF/DXF export and parametric variants.
Offline AI copilot
A local AI that runs the calculation engines mid-conversation and issues grounded assessments — with no evidence in the library, it answers that it cannot evaluate. It never invents a code clause.
Drawing archive study
The AI reads through the company's drawing archive in read-only mode and learns the design standard — the first real study swept tens of thousands of drawings.
Shop-floor traceability
Users and roles, a full audit trail, and history for every calculation: inputs, outputs, verdict, user, and project. Redmine integration included.
The platform in use
Apex on screen
Screens from the real system, with every piece of data replaced by fictional stand-ins: customers, projects, parts and people. No customer information appears here.
Why trust it
Offline isn't a limitation — it's the requirement
Apex was designed to run on an industrial intranet with no path to the internet at all — an active, verifiable egress guard blocks every attempt. The embedded AI runs on the server itself. It's the right architecture for companies whose drawings, quotes, and know-how cannot leak.

Your engineering team deserves a platform like this.
Apex was born inside a real steel fabrication company and runs there every day. If your company lives with the same fragmentation, let's talk.
