Software forged on the shop floor.
Bueno Labs builds the tools a manufacturing engineer actually uses every day: engineering and production management in Redmine, PLM, calculations with an auditable trail, and digital health. Nothing here started as a slide — it started as a real problem, and it runs in production.
Division 01 · Enterprise software
Systems for engineering, production and health
Every product is a sheet from the same drawing book: it names a problem somebody lived through, solves it in software, and proves it with numbers.
Redmine plugins
The Redmine industry actually needed: engineering prioritization, production planning, 3D CAD in the browser, and time clocking.
Six in-house plugins running in production at a steel fabrication company — and the first ones are on their way to the official Redmine directory, free.

Nexo PLM
A full PLM in Python: from the BOM to the shop floor, 100% offline on your own intranet.
Complete change management, multilevel BOM, a 3D CAD viewer and a drawing vault — on an open stack, with no license fees and no cloud subscription.

Mover Saúde
A multidisciplinary health platform: from medical records to telehealth, with a patient portal.
Physicians, dietitians, personal trainers and psychologists in one place — each specialty sees only what belongs to it, and the AI runs on your own server (LGPD).

Apex Platform
The engineering platform that runs entirely inside the plant — calculation, CAD/CAE and offline AI.
65 calculation tools with an auditable trail, automation of the CAD and simulation software on your workstation, and a local AI copilot that never invents a code clause.

Free for the community
Free Redmine plugins
Whatever proves its worth on the plant floor goes back to the community. These plugins are being prepared for the official Redmine plugin directory — open source, simple install, no odd dependencies.
Redmine 3D Viewer
Attached a CAD file to the issue? Click and view the STEP, IGES, STL or DWG right in the browser — no CAD license, nothing to install. OpenCascade in WebAssembly, built-in DWG conversion, axis section cuts and automatic thumbnails in the attachments block.
Redmine Time Punch
Time tracking with a timer that remembers, starts and stops on its own. A punch widget on every page, automatic work schedules driven by a plant calendar (holidays, bridge days, make-up hours) and end-of-day posting.

Division 02 · Apps
Pocket-sized utilities
Android apps built on the same philosophy as the big systems: 100% offline, zero ads, no account, one-time purchase — never a subscription. Coming soon to Google Play, under the Bueno Labs developer account.
Acervo
Your whole Calibre library in your pocket: syncs with your server over Wi-Fi, reads PDF and EPUB offline, and edits metadata right on the device.
SoldaSym
AWS/ISO welding symbols on your phone: build the symbol, validate it against AWS D1.1 rules and understand it field by field — 100% offline, PT/EN.
MedeTerra
Measure land by walking the perimeter: area in hectares and alqueires, meters of fencing and a PDF sketch — with the margin of error always in view.
Bora Confra
Potluck cookouts without the arguments: a list of who brings what, weighted cost splitting that balances to the cent, and Pix charges generated on the device.
Who signs it
Built by someone who lives industry's pain
Bueno Labs is the workshop of Philipe Bueno, a manufacturing engineer with more than 18 years in the metalworking industry in Minas Gerais, Brazil. This is not an agency that learns your process from a briefing: it is someone who spent a career inside it — designing welded joints, prioritizing an engineering backlog, chasing down time entries and drawings lost in a network folder.
Every product here started as one of those problems and was solved in software — first for personal use, in real production, then polished for the world. The Redmine plugins run an industrial instance today with thousands of issues and attachments. The calculation platform serves the plant's engineering workstations, with no internet and a full audit trail.
That path — from lived pain to a tool in production — is what Bueno Labs offers: for your plant, your clinic or your project.
Production, not prototype
Automated tests, golden suites checked against external references, deploys with documented backup and rollback. Software built to survive shifts, not demos.
Offline by default
Your data stays on your network. Local AI whenever there is AI. No telemetry, no cloud dependency you never asked for.
The pain comes first
No product here began as a business idea. Every one began as a problem that needed to stop hurting — and the fix proved its worth in daily use.
