Software forged on the shop floor.

Bueno Labs builds the tools a manufacturing engineer actually uses every day: engineering and production management in Redmine, PLM, calculations with an auditable trail, and digital health. Nothing here started as a slide — it started as a real problem, and it runs in production.

Division 01 · Enterprise software

Systems for engineering, production and health

Every product is a sheet from the same drawing book: it names a problem somebody lived through, solves it in software, and proves it with numbers.

Free Redmine plugins

Whatever proves its worth on the plant floor goes back to the community. These plugins are being prepared for the official Redmine plugin directory — open source, simple install, no odd dependencies.

Who signs it

Built by someone who lives industry's pain

Bueno Labs is the workshop of Philipe Bueno, a manufacturing engineer with more than 18 years in the metalworking industry in Minas Gerais, Brazil. This is not an agency that learns your process from a briefing: it is someone who spent a career inside it — designing welded joints, prioritizing an engineering backlog, chasing down time entries and drawings lost in a network folder.

Every product here started as one of those problems and was solved in software — first for personal use, in real production, then polished for the world. The Redmine plugins run an industrial instance today with thousands of issues and attachments. The calculation platform serves the plant's engineering workstations, with no internet and a full audit trail.

That path — from lived pain to a tool in production — is what Bueno Labs offers: for your plant, your clinic or your project.

PRINCIPLE 01

Production, not prototype

Automated tests, golden suites checked against external references, deploys with documented backup and rollback. Software built to survive shifts, not demos.

PRINCIPLE 02

Offline by default

Your data stays on your network. Local AI whenever there is AI. No telemetry, no cloud dependency you never asked for.

PRINCIPLE 03

The pain comes first

No product here began as a business idea. Every one began as a problem that needed to stop hurting — and the fix proved its worth in daily use.
