Beyond Redmine
The Redmine plugins are the front door. Behind them there are two complete platforms, built with the same discipline: tests that run on every change, an open stack, and local AI that never sends data out. One is for industrial engineering, the other for healthcare. Neither is on sale on this page — they are here so you can judge the level of system that gets built here.
Platform 01 · Industry
Nexo PLM — product lifecycle in Python
Mid-market industry runs its product data on spreadsheets and network folders because commercial PLMs are priced and sized for someone else. Nexo was written inside a metalworking company to be the single source of engineering information, on a stack you own: Django, React and PostgreSQL, running on the plant intranet with no internet dependency.
Change management
PR, ECR, ECO, ECN and DCO with a validated workflow and a lifecycle graph for every item.
Multi-level BOM
Alternates and AML, where-used, and a tree / 3D viewer / properties layout side by side.
3D CAD in the browser
STEP and IGES converted server-side and spun live on screen — no browser plugin, no per-seat proprietary licence.
Drawing vault
Deduplication by content hash and an approval flow from in-progress to released and obsolete.
Production
Kanban over the real orders, planned vs. actual, and a shop-floor TV board.
Local AI
Built-in agents for inventory, documents and analysis. Nothing leaves the intranet.
Honest status: Nexo is under active development and in internal use. It is not a product for sale yet, and there is no public release. What loaded it was a migration that moved thousands of records from a production Redmine instance, idempotently. Platform 02 · Healthcare
Mover Saúde — one clinic, many specialties
A multidisciplinary clinic has physicians, nutritionists, trainers and dentists writing about the same patient — and each record must stay readable only to who is entitled to it. Mover Saúde handles that: a medical record shaped per specialty, confidentiality enforced by author, and a patient portal on the other side. It has been running in production since August 2026.
Record per specialty
Each professional gets the fields their practice actually uses, not one generic form for everyone.
Schedule and telehealth
Appointments, recurring slots and remote consultations from the same calendar.
Diet and training plans
Plans written by the professional and delivered to the patient, revision by revision.
Patient portal
The patient sees appointments, plans and results — and nothing that is not theirs.
Local AI
Summaries and drafting run on the clinic's own server. Health data never goes to a third party.
Confidentiality by author
Sensitive notes stay with the professional who wrote them, checked at the data layer.
Every screen on this page comes from the real system, with all data replaced by fictional stand-ins: patients, customers, products, contracts and people. No customer or patient information appears here.
