Price is per production instance. A test or staging instance is included at no extra cost. There is no per-user fee — the number of people using Redmine does not change what you pay.

Requests with approval and refusal, a scored priority queue with inline editing, automatic generation of the task tree, Gantt, kanban, KPIs, per-department deadlines and full-tree costing.

Health & Safety
Occupational health and safety records inside Redmine, auditable instead of filed in a drawer.
Six dedicated tables, 16 screens and five export routes, with eleven fail-closed permissions — a user without the permission is refused, never shown a partial record. Built in August 2026 and covered by 576 automated checks across 11 suites.

The licence, in plain terms
Perpetual, per instance
The version delivered is yours to run forever, on one production instance plus one test instance. Extra production servers cost 2.5× the licence.
Twelve months of updates
New versions, bug fixes and support for a year. There is no automatic renewal — if you stop, you keep running the version you have.
Renewal at one third
After the first year, another twelve months costs a third of the licence. Only if you want it.
Source included, always
A Redmine plugin is a derivative work and is GPL v2 by law of the licence. You get readable Ruby — no obfuscation, no encoder, no lock-in.
No per-user fee
Ten people or two hundred, the price is the same. That is the whole point of running Redmine instead of a seat-based tool.
Installed without editing the core
No patched Redmine files, so your next upgrade stays an ordinary upgrade.
Free instead
Not everything here is paid
The CAD 2D/3D viewer, the time punch widget and the notification bridge are free and GPL v2, and they are not a crippled version of anything. If that is what you came for, it is on the plugins page — no purchase involved.
Honest note on compatibility. These plugins run in production on Redmine 6.x. The port to Redmine 7.0 is in progress and public releases go out one at a time. If you are on 7.0 already, say so when you write — I will tell you where that plugin actually stands before you pay anything.
