Terms of sale and licence
What you buy, what you get, and what happens if it does not work — in plain terms. In force from 6 November 2026.
1. Who sells
The plugins are sold by Philipe Bueno, trading as Bueno Labs, in Brazil. Contact: philipebueno@gmail.com. The products are made for companies; by buying, you confirm you are buying for a business. Where a law gives a consumer rights these terms cannot remove, those rights apply anyway.
2. What you buy
A paid plugin or a Pro edition is sold per Redmine production instance. The price includes one test or staging instance. Each extra production server costs 2.5 times the licence. There is no per-user fee.
- Perpetual use of every version you received.
- Twelve months of new versions, fixes and support, counted from the purchase date.
- Downloads from the customer area during those twelve months.
- Renewal for another twelve months at one third of the price — optional, never automatic.
When the twelve months end, downloads close and you keep running the versions you downloaded, forever. Nothing switches off.
3. The source code and the GPL
A Redmine plugin is a derivative work of Redmine, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 2. Every plugin is delivered with its source under GPL v2, and nothing in these terms limits the rights the GPL gives you. What the price pays for is the delivery of the package, the twelve-month update window and the support — not a restriction on the code.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are the ones shown in the store on the day of purchase, in the currency shown. Payment is by PayPal or another method agreed by e-mail. Bank fees, import taxes or withholding in your country are your responsibility. Proof of payment is sent by e-mail.
5. Delivery
After payment is confirmed, you receive a login and password for the customer area within two working days, and you see there only what you bought. The packages, each with its SHA-256, are downloaded from there. Free Community editions are downloaded from the downloads page without an account.
6. Refunds
If the plugin does not work on a Redmine version listed as supported for that release, and the problem is not fixed within 14 days of your report, you get your money back in full. Ask by e-mail within 30 days of purchase. The refund goes back through the same payment method. Before buying, you can always ask whether a plugin fits — the answer is free.
7. Support
Support is by e-mail, during the twelve-month window, with a first answer within three working days. It covers installation, defects and compatibility with the Redmine versions listed for the release. It does not cover changes to your process, other people's plugins, edited Redmine core files or unsupported Redmine versions — that is custom development, quoted separately.
8. Your installation
Back up your database and files before installing or updating any plugin. Each release publishes the Redmine versions it was validated on. You are responsible for your server, your backups and the use you make of the plugin.
9. Warranty and liability
Besides the refund in section 6, the plugins are provided as they are, as the GPL states. To the extent the law allows, Bueno Labs is not liable for indirect damages, lost profit or lost data, and its total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount paid for it.
10. Customer area
Your account is personal to your company. Keep the password safe. An account can be suspended in case of abuse, such as sharing access or automated mass downloads. How account data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated. A purchase is always governed by the version in force on the day it was made. The date at the top of this page changes with every update.
12. Law
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. Any dispute goes to the courts of the seller's domicile in Brazil, unless a law that protects you says otherwise. Before any of that, write — almost everything is solved by e-mail.
